To secure your reservation, Payment can be made in advance via payment link or directly to the driver in cash.
All cancellation or modification requests must be made in writing via email to: [reservecostaricabus@gmail.com].
If the passenger is unreachable or does not appear within 40 minutes of flight arrival, the service will be marked as a No Show and will be charged the full amount.
Changes to dates or services are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply depending on the type of change.
Tours run rain or shine. However, in cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Costa Rica Bus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities. In such cases, customers will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Passengers are responsible for their personal possessions. We try our best to return items left in our vehicles to their owners, but we assume no liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. Any charges incurred in returning a left behind item to its owner must be paid for by the owner.
Gratuities are not included in our prices. Tipping is not required, but it is greatly appreciated by our friendly drivers
