To secure your reservation, we may request a credit card on file. Payment can be made in advance via payment link or directly to the driver in cash. All reservations are subject to availability.
All cancellation or modification requests must be made in writing via email to: [reservecostaricabus@gmail.com].
If the passenger is unreachable or does not appear within 40 minutes of flight arrival, the service will be marked as a No Show and will be charged the full amount.
Changes to dates or services are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply depending on the type of change.
Tours run rain or shine. However, in cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Costa Rica Bus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities. In such cases, customers will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Customers are responsible for their belongings. While we do our best to return lost items, Costa Rica Bus is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Any return or shipping costs will be covered by the item’s owner.
Gratuities are not included in our prices. Tipping is not required, but it is greatly appreciated by our friendly drivers.
